~If you want it, work for it!
- Have a daily exercise for at least one hour. You may choose if you will have an exercise before breakfast or before sleeping but it will be better if its both.
- Don't starve yourself. It only makes your metabolism slower.
- Drink 8 or more glass of water everyday. Water makes our metabolism fast. Water may also help us to have a good skin.
- Eat fruits specially those watery ones like watermelon.
- Eat ginger. It helps you to condition your body.
- Wherever you go, always bring water.
- Eat and drink clean. Stop eating junk foods and stop drinking soft drinks.
- Eat five or six small meals or snacks a day instead of three large meals.
- Walk for 45 minutes a day.
- Try to have 1,000 steps per day.
- Stop looking on color red. It lets you feel hungry.
- Downsize your meals. For an instance, if you eat 1 cup of rice every meal, make it half-cup.
- Eat slowly and calmly.
- When you eat, stop watching TV and texting. Focus on your food.
- Listen to your body. When you're already full, stop eating. Don't aim to finish your plate.
- Be positive.
- Sleep early or sleep for at least 8 hours a day.
- Use stairs instead of using an elevator.
- Don't eat with a large group. Studies said that we eat more when we're with others.
- Eat yogurts.
- Kiss =D
- Hug =D (Hugs and kisses can burn calories.)
- Dance
- Ban white bread and pasta.
- Drink coffee an hour before working out.
- Have a celebrity inspiration. A celebrity with a good looking body.
- Eat fruits twice a day.
- Eat an apple a day.
- Never ever skip a meal. Specially breakfast.
- Find new way to de-stress
- Switch dairy milk for non-dairy milk
- Start preparing you own meals.
- Increase your fiber content.
- Don't skip on protein.
- Go easy on your bread. It's better to avoid bread to lose weight faster.
- Schedule your snacks.
- Better to share your foods to others so that you'll eat less.
- When you feel hungry, better to drink water.
- Do not look for a close parking spot.
- Get up and move during the day.
- Don't be lazy. Always remember that 'Every Move Counts.'
- Go extreme.
- Hire a personal trainer if you can afford.
- Surround yourself with healthy and positive minded people. Don't listen to the people who said that you can't make it. Let them see that you can.
- Find a workout buddy.
- Get an exercise DVD to make losing weight more fun.
- Avoid the middle of the grocery store.
- Avoid Emotional eating. Some of us eats because they are mad or sad. We must not.
- Do not eat with distractions.
- Keep busy
