50 Effective Ways to Lose Weight for Women

  1. Have a daily exercise for at least one hour. You may choose if you will have an exercise before breakfast or before sleeping but it will be better if its both.
  2. Don't starve yourself. It only makes your metabolism slower.
  3. Drink 8 or more glass of water everyday. Water makes our metabolism fast. Water may also help us to have a good skin.
  4. Eat fruits specially those watery ones like watermelon.
  5. Eat ginger. It helps you to condition your body.
  6. Wherever you go, always bring water.
  7. Eat and drink clean. Stop eating junk foods and stop drinking soft drinks.
  8. Eat five or six small meals or snacks a day instead of three large meals.
  9. Walk for 45 minutes a day.
  10. Try to have 1,000 steps per day.
  11. Stop looking on color red. It lets you feel hungry.
  12. Downsize your meals. For an instance, if you eat 1 cup of rice every meal, make it half-cup.
  13. Eat slowly and calmly.
  14. When you eat, stop watching TV and texting. Focus on your food.
  15. Listen to your body. When you're already full, stop eating. Don't aim to finish your plate.
  16. Be positive.
  17. Sleep early or sleep for at least 8 hours a day.
  18. Use stairs instead of using an elevator.
  19. Don't eat with a large group. Studies said that we eat more when we're with others.
  20. Eat yogurts.

  22. Hug =D (Hugs and kisses can burn calories.)
  23. Dance
  24. Ban white bread and pasta.
  25. Drink coffee an hour before working out.
  26. Have a celebrity inspiration. A celebrity with a good looking body.
  27. Eat fruits twice a day.

  29. Never ever skip a meal. Specially breakfast.
  30. Find new way to de-stress
  31. Switch dairy milk for non-dairy milk
  32. Start preparing you own meals.
  33. Increase your fiber content.
  34. Don't skip on protein. 
  35. Go easy on your bread. It's better to avoid bread to lose weight faster.
  36. Schedule your snacks.
  37. Better to share your foods to others so that you'll eat less.
  38. When you feel hungry, better to drink water.
  39. Do not look for a close parking spot.
  40. Get up and move during the day.
  41. Don't be lazy. Always remember that 'Every Move Counts.'
  42. Go extreme.
  43. Hire a personal trainer if you can afford.
  44. Surround yourself with healthy and positive minded people. Don't listen to the people who said that you can't make it. Let them see that you can.
  45. Find a workout buddy.
  46. Get an exercise DVD to make losing weight more fun.
  47. Avoid the middle of the grocery store.
  48. Avoid Emotional eating. Some of us eats because they are mad or sad. We must not.
  49. Do not eat with distractions.
  50. Keep busy
